The Brand and Challenge
All-America Selections (AAS) is an independent organization that judges new varieties of plants. Serious gardeners and horticulturists look to the organization for reliable new varieties of flowers and vegetables. Each year, the nonprofit independently tests and judges new varieties and announces the year’s AAS Winners.
All-America Selections previously had a custom built site that was difficult to update and not mobile responsive. They wanted a new website that would allow them to better support the judging process and make it easy for consumers to sort and select from AAS winners going back to 1933.
What We Did
Verve Marketing Group created a new site that offers consumers a robust ability to search for award-winning annuals, perennials, and edible/vegetables varieties. The site also supports gardeners information on where to purchase the varieties and tips for growing them. The site also supports media with over 4,000 hi-resolution images that can be downloaded from the site.
In addition to consumers, the site also has a section that supports the horticultural industry including AAS Winner materials for professional gardens and retailers and a password protected section for AAS judges.
