The Brand and Challenge
Daystar Academy is a private International Baccalaureate World School serving an economic and racially diverse student body in Chicago’s South Loop. They sought our help to increase awareness of the school and gain leads from Chicagoland parents looking for a quality private education for their children pre-K through high school.
What We Did
Verve Marketing developed a digital marketing program that targeted parents considering a private International Baccalaureate school in Chicago. Google Ads appeared to those searching online for Chicago private schools supplemented by Facebook ads. Click throughs went to a promotional landing page a video introduction by Daystar’s Head of School and ability to schedule a tour of the school, a step proven to produce high enrollment applications.
Social media posts brought to life the quality education and diverse student body through updates of what kids of every age were learning each week. As parents research schools they are considering, those on Facebook gained additional insight into the Daystar culture and the kinds of activities their children might be able to expect. Digital advertising ran in media targeting Chicago parents to provide additional message frequency.
Last, Verve Marketing Group made meaningful updates to the existing website in particular to create multiple paths leading to scheduling a tour of the school on the site. Technical updates were also made to improve organic search engine optimization.
