K’Tizo Tea rebrands and launches new website consolidating its ecommerce, retail cafe, and blog sites for cross-sales.
K’Tizo Tea offers teas from around the world as well as custom blends both online and at K’Tizo Cafe.
K’Tizo Tea had websites for its ecommerce store, retail Cafe, and blog site with different URLS and overlapping content related to the K’Tizo brand. Verve was brought in to develop a new site that captured and reorganized all content for better functionality and improved online sales.
What We Did
Updated brand look and feel: Verve created a new brand look built out from the importance the company places on building community and bringing people together through the “connecting beverage” of tea.
New information architecture: The website’s content was overhauled to eliminate content redundancies between the previous three sites. Content was also reorganized in a streamlined way and with all content accessible from the top navigation.
Ecommerce: The ecommerce section is now graphically oriented with clear product organization and an easy checkout system.
Calendar of events and classes: The site now consolidates all musical and educational events into a consolidated calendar with easy registration and payment within the site.
